Return Process and Conditions

Every item you wish to return must be registered through the provided link.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery by bringing the item to our store or shipping it back to us. This applies to both full-priced and discounted products.

All products must be returned with tags attached, in their original condition, and unworn. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have a noticeable odor will not be accepted.

Shoes must only be tried on carpeted surfaces and returned in their original box.

Swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, and the hygienic strip must remain in place.
Return Fees and Refund Process

The return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount before it is processed.

Once the returned items reach us, they will be inspected within 2-4 business days.

After approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Returns and Customs Fees

For orders shipped outside of Turkey, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be covered when sending the return package.

If any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees apply during the return process, they are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be deducted from the refund.

Unclaimed Orders Policy

To ensure safe and timely delivery, please make sure to receive your order.

If an order is not claimed, remains at the shipping carrier, or is returned to us without being received, both the outgoing and return shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

In the case of a return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
