Return Policy

Return Process and Conditions

  • Every item you wish to return must be registered through the provided link.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery by bringing the item to our store or shipping it back to us. This applies to both full-priced and discounted products.

  • All products must be returned with tags attached, in their original condition, and unworn. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have a noticeable odor will not be accepted.

  • Shoes must only be tried on carpeted surfaces and returned in their original box.

  • Swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, and the hygienic strip must remain in place.

Return Fees and Refund Process

  • The return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount before it is processed.

  • Once the returned items reach us, they will be inspected within 2-4 business days.

  • After approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns and Customs Fees

  • For orders shipped outside of Turkey, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be covered when sending the return package.

  • If any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees apply during the return process, they are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be deducted from the refund.

  • To ensure a smooth international return process, please make sure to provide accurate customs documentationwhen shipping the return.

Unclaimed Orders Policy

  • To ensure safe and timely delivery, please make sure to receive your order.

  • If an order is not claimed, remains at the shipping carrier, or is returned to us without being received, both the outgoing and return shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

  • In the case of a return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If you are unable to accept delivery, please contact our customer support team in advance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe your order arrived damaged or defective:

  2. Include your order number and attach photos clearly showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
